Paperless Settings

A permissions management page that simplifies conditional access, nested tables, and limited API data feeds to increase secure communications with users and reduce printing costs.

A 2 click user flow for enabling paperless settings across all eligible accounts.

The redesigned paperless settings page aims to combine various conditional use cases around individual accounts, combined household accounts, and externally held accounts. It allows for granular management for different user needs, while promoting "going paperless" for a faster, more secure experience.

Landing page displaying groupings by document type.
Expanded groupings with subgroupings and disclaimers where required.
Breakpoint (mediaquery) design deliverables with tables that turn into tiles in mobile.
Components from the design system are identified for development.
Semantic HTML structure and nesting is provided for development.
Breakpoints (mediaqueries) and their HTML structure are validated before development.
Notes on using HTML section containers.
Static HTML prototypes for development, who can then tackle integration, testing, and deployment.
CSS classes, which reference CSS variables that are synced with the design system.

Due to the complex nature of the expanding, nested tables required for this page, an HTML/CSS prototype proved crutial for execution. The design system also comes pre-integrated, all of which helps the developer focus on other aspects of the code, and gives us back extra time to test and refine ahead of schedule.
